Paid membership
You can cancel from your account page at any time. You keep Paid until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and we don’t charge you again. If you’re a consumer, you have 14 days from buying to change your mind and get your money back: email [email protected]. If Paid didn’t work as it should, tell us and we’ll refund you.
Orders we buy for you
- We couldn’t buy it: someone else bought it first, or the auction went over your highest bid. We release the hold on your card and you pay nothing. Your bank may take a few days to remove the hold.
- It cost less than we held: we charge only what we paid plus our fee on that, and the rest of the hold drops off.
- Not as described: the piece arrives materially different from its listing (a different piece, damage or flaws the listing didn’t show, or not genuine). Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery, with photos. We’ll refund you or take it back, and we’ll agree the details with you.
- Lost or damaged in transit: tell us, and we’ll claim on the shipping insurance and pass the money on to you.
- Changed your mind: we buy each piece on your instruction and can’t return it to the seller, so we can’t refund a change of mind once we’ve bought it.
We refund to the card you paid with, within 14 days of agreeing a refund. None of this affects your legal rights.
